What We Do
Dance is the one universal language that exists: You will always see something that the artist is trying to portray; you will always feel something at the end of a show, because the dancers have given you a piece of who they are. Dance has allowed me to express myself in a way that words never could, it also has allowed me to find an inner confidence that I’m not sure I would have found on my own.
But there’s a special moment that happens.. it’s that moment that happens when you are confident, and so sure of yourself, that everything feels so right. It’s that moment where it’s just you and the music, baring it all. That moment, where it’s so unbelievably spot on: we call that savage fierceness. And savage fierceness is what Ferocity Dance Company is all about.
Whether you want to dance for fun, or you want to perform for an audience, or better yet: yourself; Dance will allow you to become the best version of yourself. It's a fun, and challenging hobby that can bring you a sense of joy you may never have expected! The Ferocity Dance Company is a Bachata performance focused dance company. We can do performances for any event with anywhere from one to all dancers in our company! We also take auditions for dancers that want to be part of the company - read below for more information!

Ferocity Dance Company - Amateur Co-EdChoreography By: Kat Arias
Bachata Style: Varies amongst Fusion, Modern, Sensual and Urban 2025 Schedule: Tuesdays, 7pm-10pm Next Season Starts: January 2026 Intermediate to High Level Team made up of Amateur dancers - Amateur is defined as a student or person who does not make a living as a Dance Instructor, Performer, Dance Competitor or Dance Adjudicator and who never receives financial compensation for these activities. This team competes at the Amateur level in various International and National Dance Competitions in addition to performing at local and National Congresses and events. Ferocity Dance Company - Amateur Ladies 1, 2 & 3Choreography By: Kat Arias
Bachata Style: Varies amongst Fusion, Modern, and Sensual 2025 Ladies 1 Schedule: Sundays, 12pm-2pm 2025 Ladies 2 Schedule: Sundays, 2pm-4pm 2025 Ladies 3 Schedule: Sundays, 7pm-9pm Next Season Starts: January 2026 Three teams split by levels (placement decided on by the Director) are made up primarily of student and amateur dancers. These teams performs at local and National events at a variety of venues and Congresses, Ladies 3 is a competitive team as well. |
Ferocity Dance Company: Professional / Semi-ProChoreography By: Kat Arias
Bachata Style: Varies amongst Fusion, Modern, Sensual and Urban 2025 Schedule: Sundays, 4pm-7pm; Thursdays, 8pm-10pm Next Season Starts: January 2026 Advanced to High Level Team made up of Semi-Professional and Professional dancers - Semi-Professional is defined as a person who receives financial compensation as a Dance Instructor, Performer, Dance Competitor or Dance Adjudicator, but who does these activities on a part time basis and makes the majority of their income in another profession. This team focuses on training but also performs at local and National Congresses and events. Ferocity Dance Company - Show TeamChoreography By: Kat Arias
Bachata Style: Varies amongst Fusion, Modern, Sensual and Urban 2025 Schedule: Mondays, 7pm-9pm Next Season Starts: January 2026 Advance Beginner to Intermediate Level Team made up primarily of student and amateur dancers. This team performs at local and National events at a variety of venues and Congresses. |
