The Ferocity Dance Company has had a studio location since October of 2013, and is a place that many of our dancers are proud to call home. Within our walls we have shared many laughs, memories, experienced life changes and made our dreams come true and we look forward to continuing to do these things and much more in the future!
We are glad to share our space with groups and individuals that share our vision for a place of joy and positivity.

GROUP RENTALS & RATES
Acceptable uses are: Dance Team Rehearsals, Group Classes, Workshops, Group Private Lessons, Etc. Large Room: 35' x 29' 1,015 Square Feet $75 per Hour (30 people maximum) Midsize Room: 26' 2" x 17' 8" 462 Square Feet $50 per Hour (15 people maximum) Small Room: 15' 4" x 17' 4" 265 Square Feet $35 per Hour (8 people maximum) Entire Studio (Large & Small Room) $100 per Hour Discounts may be available for ongoing rentals. Must contact us for information or to book: [email protected] If you go over your scheduled time, (only when another renter is not waiting) it will be rounded up to the nearest half hour and you will be billed accordingly. |
INDIVIDUAL RENTALS
(Meaning you don't necessarily need an entire space blocked off for you and you can share the rooms & sound system. Examples are: One on One Private Lessons, One on One or Small Group Practices, Etc.) Practice Space: $10 per person, per hour Private Lessons: $15 per lesson for 1-2 students (45 or 60 min increments,) add $7.50 for every 1-2 students added there after Must contact us for information or to book: [email protected] If you go over your scheduled time, (only when another renter is not waiting) it will be rounded up to the nearest half hour and you will be billed accordingly. |

Zero Tolerance Policy
We would like to take this moment to ensure and notify all potential students and renters of our zero tolerance policy at our studio.
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for any of the following behaviors:
- Bullying
- Mistreatment of anyone in any way due to ethnicity, financial status, gender, religion or sexual orientation
- Physical Abuse
- Racism
- Sexual Abuse
- Sexual Misconduct
We are continuously working to make our Company and studio safe and inclusive to people from all walks of life. We take our role and commitment in maintaining a safe place for our community, dancers and students very seriously and reserve the right to refuse entry at any time to anyone that violates our value systems.
