The Ferocity Dance Company has had a studio location since October of 2013, and is a place that many of our dancers are proud to call home. Within our walls we have shared many laughs, memories, experienced life changes and made our dreams come true and we look forward to continuing to do these things and much more in the future!

We are glad to share our space with groups and individuals that share our vision for a place of joy and positivity.

Dance Studio Rental Rates
(​must check with us for room availability)

UNSHARED RENTALS
(Meaning you need the space blocked off and no one can share the space & sound system with you. Examples are: Dance Team Rehearsals, Group Classes, Workshops, Group Private Lessons, Etc.)

​Large Room: 35' x 29'
1,015 Square Feet
$75 per Hour

Midsize Room: 26' 2" x 17' 8"
462 Square Feet
$45 per Hour

Small Room: 15' 4" x 17' 4"
265 Square Feet
$25 per Hour

Entire Studio (Large & Small Room)
$100 per Hour

Discounts may be available for ongoing rentals. Must contact us for information or to book: [email protected]

If you go over your scheduled time, (only when another renter is not waiting) it will be rounded up to the nearest half hour and you will be billed accordingly.
SHARED RENTALS
(Meaning you don't need an entire space blocked off for you and you can share the rooms & sound system. Examples are: One on One Private Lessons, One on One or Small Group Practices, Etc.)

This is only an option in the Midsize Room or Large Room.
​The Small Room is unshared rentals only.

​Practice Space:
$10 per person, per hour

Private Lessons:
$15 per lesson for 1-2 students (45 or 60 min increments,) add $7.50 for every 1-2 students added there after

Makeup Studio Rental Rates
(​must check with us for room availability)

MAKEUP PRACTICE:
$15 / HOUR 
If you want to practice your makeup you can use one of our stations, the space could be used by others at the same time.
(Must bring your own makeup and tools)

MAKEUP ARTIST RENTAL:
$25 / HOUR for one station (one client, no guests)
or $75 / HOUR for entire room
If you need a public place to use for your makeup clients, our space is available for rental and is equipped with 7 tall stations and 4 short stations. (Must bring your own makeup and tools)

SUPERVISED MAKEUP PRACTICE: 
$35 / HOUR
If you want to practice your makeup you can use one of our stations, the space could be used by others at the same time. No instruction will be provided but there will be someone present to help / guide. Can use some of our makeup and tools.
