In the forefront of my mind are all the adventures we’ve been on, all the dancing, hearing you sing at capoeira, your laugh, your kindness, all of the mom lectures you’ve sat through from me, Friendsgiving, 4th of July Picnics, the mangoritas, and how you were there for my dad and I when he was going through his cancer battle. There’s so many more memories we have, and even more memories still to come. We are pulling for you Sami, I love you so much and you have to make it out of this.
